Ad Drive Pro プライバシーポリシー
株式会社SHO-SAN（以下「当社」）は、社内で使う広告運用支援ツール「Ad Drive Pro」（以下「本ツール」）で取得するデータを、次のとおり取り扱います。個人情報の一般的な取り扱いは、当社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
SHO-SAN Inc. ("we") handles data obtained by Ad Drive Pro, our internal advertising operations tool, as described below. Our general handling of personal information follows the SHO-SAN privacy policy.
1. 取得するデータ
当社の担当者が Google アカウントで許可したうえで、Google 広告 API から、当社が運用している広告アカウントの次のデータを読み取ります。
- アカウント・キャンペーン・広告グループ・広告・アセットの設定（名前、状態、予算、配信期間、入札、ターゲティング、広告文、リンク先など）
- 成果データ（表示回数、クリック数、費用、コンバージョンなど）
With permission granted by our staff through their Google account, we read the following data from the Google Ads accounts we manage via the Google Ads API: settings of accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads and assets (names, status, budgets, schedules, bidding, targeting, ad text, landing pages, etc.), and performance data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, etc.).
2. 使い道
取得したデータは、当社の広告運用（成果の集計・分析、レポートの作成、改善策の検討）のためだけに使います。広告の配信先の選定や、データの販売には使いません。
The data is used only for our advertising operations: aggregating and analyzing results, preparing reports and planning improvements. It is not used to target advertising and is never sold.
3. 保存と管理
データは Google Cloud の日本のリージョンにある、当社の担当者だけが使える環境に保存します。アクセスできる人と権限を限り、通信は暗号化します。
The data is stored in Google Cloud in a Japan region, in an environment accessible only to authorized SHO-SAN staff. Access is restricted and data is encrypted in transit.
4. 第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得したデータを第三者に提供・販売しません。分析やレポートの下書きのために、当社が利用する AI サービス（Anthropic 社の Claude）でデータを処理することがあります。この場合も、当社の業務のためだけに使い、AI のモデルの学習には使われない条件で利用します。
We do not share or sell the data to third parties except as required by law. We may process the data with an AI service we use (Claude by Anthropic) to help analyze results and draft reports. This processing is solely for our operations and is done under terms that do not allow the data to be used to train AI models.
5. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーの遵守
本ツールが Google API から受け取った情報の使用と移転は、限定的使用の要件を含め、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーに従います。
Ad Drive Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. 保存期間と削除
データは広告運用と過去の成果との比較に必要な期間保存し、不要になったものは削除します。本ツールへのアクセスの許可は、Google アカウントのサードパーティのアクセスからいつでも取り消せます。データの削除のご依頼は、下のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
We keep the data as long as needed for advertising operations and comparison with past results, and delete it when no longer needed. Access granted to Ad Drive Pro can be revoked at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page. To request deletion, please contact us below.
7. このポリシーの変更
本ツールの機能を変えるとき（例：担当者の指示と承認にもとづいて広告の設定を変更する機能を加えるとき）は、このページを更新します。
We will update this page when the features of Ad Drive Pro change (for example, when we add features that change ad settings based on our staff's instructions and approval).
